Ingredients:
One cup of extra virgin olive oil
Two cloves of garlic cloves (chopped)
Two tbsp. of basil (chopped)
Two lemons (juice)
four swimmer crabs (half, claws cracked)
four small whole lobsters (cut in half, cleaned)
ten green prawns (peeled, tails intact)
250g clams
Ten scallops in the half shell
Two tbsp. parsley (chopped)
For avocado cream
Two avocados (ripe, peeled, stoned, and chopped)
Half cup of cream (thickened)
One clove of garlic (chopped)
One lime (juice)
For seafood sauce
200ml of mayonnaise
One lime (juice, zest grated)
One tbsp. of chili sauce
One tbsp. of tomato sauce
Instructions:
At first, to make avocado cream, you need a food processor. Take a blender or food processor and add ingredients to it. After blending all the items, you need to make sure you season them with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Now is time to make the seafood sauce. Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, lime juice, chili sauce, and tomato sauce to it. Whisk all the ingredients together and season it with black pepper and salt.
Now take a small bowl and add oil, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and zest. Mix all of the ingredients. Now take your seafood and marinate them with the prepared seasoning.
After that, put a barbecue hotplate on medium to high heat. Heat a barbecue hotplate to medium-high.
After heating the hotplate, you can cook lobsters and crabs on it. Make sure you cook them for the whole two minutes. Now, add scallops in them. Cook them for three to four minutes, and after that, transfer them on the seafood platter. Sprinkle the seafood with parsley and pour the sauces. Make sure you pour seafood sauce and avocado cream on top of your platter.
