How to Beat the Heat During a Sport Day






As we all know that all types of sports activities normally starts in the summer season. So yes in that case it will be very difficult to beat the heat while playing on the sports ground. Keep in mind that playing under direct sunlight might be very harmful for human body. Infect in this regard, you should prefer to take action so that you would protect yourself from the sun tan, sun stroke or other types of illness that's caused due to heat exposure. The best thing is that you can actually prevent having heat illness, but for this you should prefer to keep yourself safe and implement all the strategies that will help to keep yourself safe from the heat. Here we are discussing about ways that you can opt to beat the heat during sports day:


1. Keep in mind while playing games, you have to gradually increase overall activity in the playground. And make sure that at the start you spend less time and with the passage of time start spending some extra time under direct heat. As that will help you to gain more stamina of your body against heat. That will help you to prevent heat illness.

2. Other than that, make sure that you wear enough amount of sunscreen on your skin before going out in the direct exposure of heat. Otherwise, you will get heat tans on your skin that will be hard to get rid of. So yes be very careful while going on the sports grounds especially in summers. Other than that you should wear proper athletic sports clothing just like mens slim fit athletic pants.


3. Other than that you have to make sure that you spread periods of rest while playing in the grounds. And make sure that you get enough time to lower down your overall body temperatures. Before start playing the game again. Keep in mind that if you keep on playing games regularly, then it will make you ill or else might become the reason of causing heat stroke.


4. Other than that before going out for outdoor activity make sure that you keep your body well hydrated. Actually, this is a very important thing that you shouldn’t forget otherwise it will affect your body and make you feel ill. For this purpose you can also keep the water or juice bottles with you all the time while playing on the ground. As that will help you to keep your body temperatures under control that will prevent you from heat strokes and illness.


5. Other than that, make sure that you should avoid doing intense exercise when you will feel having signs of illness that might be fever, fatigue, diarrhoea and heat illness. In this type of situation its better to take a break.
