15 Minutes Low Carb Meal Prep Recipe for Weight Loss


If you are overweight and are now motivated to become into shape, follow the below-given easy low-carb recipes for weight loss.


Low-Carb Ground Beef Stir Fry:


Ingredients:


For Low-Carb Stir Fry Sauce:

  1. Monk fruit sweetener – 3 tsp

  2. Liquid soy seasoning – 4 tbsp

  3. Sesame oil – 2 tsp

  4. Red pepper flakes - ¼ tsp

  5. Crushed black pepper – 1/8 tsp

For Stir Fry:

  1. Riced cauliflower - 4 cups

  2. Olive oil – 1 tbsp

  3. Ground beef – 1 pound

  4. Minced garlic – 4 cloves

  5. Grated or finely chopped Ginger – 1tbsp

Procedure:

  • As you have to do a lot of kitchen work daily, you must have a food prep table. So, to make your kitchen work easier, look for stainless steel food prep table for sale. It will save you time while in the kitchen.

  • Now start this low-carb meal prep by mixing stir fry sauce and set it aside. In a heated pan, add olive oil and then add cauliflower rice.

  • Let them cook for around for 2 to 3 minutes or until they become somewhat delicate. However, avoid overcooking and remove this pan from heat.

  • Now heat the pan again and start cooking ground beef. With the help of a spatula, break the ground beef into smaller pieces.

  • Let the beef cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until it is not pink anymore. Moreover, drain the pan to remove extra grease.

  • Then create a space in the center of the beef and add minced garlic and chopped ginger. Boil it for around 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.

  • Now add stir fry sauce and toss the beef to coat it with the sauce. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes to make it somewhat thickened and the beef will absorb the sauce.

  • Finally, turn off the flame and let it cool slightly. Now serve over the cauliflower rice and enjoy it.

Low Calorie Cheesy Broccoli Quiche:


Ingredients:

  1. Light mozzarella cheese (grated) - 6 ounces

  2. Broccoli florets - 2 pounds

  3. Salt & pepper – required

  4. Egg whites – 3 cups

Procedure:

  • First of all, set the oven to preheat at 450° F. Grease a baking pan with oil or butter or line it with butter paper and set aside.

  • In two large skillets, add just a bit of oil and then add broccoli florets to both the skillets. Start cooking them at medium to high flame and stir from time to time.

  • Cook until the broccoli has become soft and changing its color to brown. It depends on you whether you want to use frozen broccoli or fresh.

  • Now add salt and crushed black pepper to taste and turn off the flame. Add this cooked broccoli to the greased baking pan.

  • Spread grated mozzarella cheese over it. Also, pour the egg whites and then add the remaining cheese over them.

  • Let it bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 450° F. Cut into pieces and serve.
